The STM32F334K8U6 family features the high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC core that operates at up to 72 MHz frequency and embeds a floating point unit (FPU), high-speed embedded memories (up to 64 Kbytes of Flash memory, up to 12 Kbytes of SRAM), and a wide variety of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses.

? One operational amplifier with PGA capability, all terminals reachable with analog supply between 2.4 and 3.6 V
? Touchkeys, linear touch sensors, and rotational touch sensors are supported by up to 18 capacitive sensing channels.
