STM32F334R8T7, developed by STMicroelectronics, is a member of the STM32F334x8 family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consisting of different devices with different sets of peripherals. It is designed based on the high-performance ARM? Cortex?-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 72 MHz frequency. This microcontroller operates with temperatures ranging from –40 to +85 °C and –40 to +105 °C, and with a power supply ranging from 2.0 to 3.6 V. It provides a comprehensive set of power-saving modes to achieve the design of low-power applications.
