Based on the high-performance ARM? CortexTM-M4F 32-bit RISC core, the STM32F37x family includes an embedded floating point unit (FPU), a memory protection unit (MPU), and a trace macrocell (ETM). The family has numerous upgraded I/Os and peripherals coupled to two APB buses, high-speed embedded memories (up to 256 Kbyte of Flash memory and up to 32 Kbytes of SRAM), and two APB buses.
