The high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC processor of the STM32F413xG/H devices operates at a frequency of up to 100 MHz. The floating point unit (FPU) single precision in their Cortex?-M4 core is capable of supporting all Arm single-precision data-processing instructions and data formats. Additionally, it incorporates a memory protection unit (MPU) that improves program security together with the whole range of DSP instructions. The STM32F413xG/H devices are part of the STM32F4 access product lines, which offer products that combine performance, power efficiency, and integration. They also include a brand-new, cutting-edge feature called Batch Acquisition Mode (BAM), which enables even greater power savings during data batching.
High-speed embedded memories (up to 1.5 Mbytes of Flash memory and 320 Kbytes of SRAM) are included in the STM32F413xG/H devices, along with a wide variety of upgraded I/Os and peripherals that are coupled to two APB buses, three AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
