The STM32F469BIT6 is built around the high-performance Arm?(a) Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC CPU, which runs at up to 180 MHz. All Arm? single-precision data-processing instructions and data formats are supported by the Cortex?-M4 core's Floating point unit (FPU) single precision. It also includes a memory protection unit (MPU) and a full set of DSP commands to improve application security.
High-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 2 Mbytes, up to 384 Kbytes of SRAM), up to 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM, and a comprehensive range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix are all included in the STM32F469BIT6 device.
Three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers for motor control, two general-purpose 32-bit timers, and a genuine random number generator are all included in each device (RNG).
