STM32F732ZET6                     Description

 

  STM32F732ZET6 devices are based on a high-performance ARM Cortex - M7 32-bit RISC core and operate at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex - M7 kernel uses single floating point unit (SFPU) precision and supports ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU), thereby enhancing the security of the application. STM32F732xx and STM32F733xx devices integrate high-speed embedded memory with up to 512K bytes of flash memory, 256K bytes of SRAM (including 64K bytes of data Tcm RAM for critical real-time data), 16K bytes of instruction Tcm RAM (for critical real-time routines), and 4K bytes of backup SRAM (available in minimum power mode) And various enhanced I APB O and peripheral devices connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and a multi-layer AXI interconnect that supports internal and external memory access.
