STM32F765IIK6 Description
STM32F765xx, STM32F767xx, STM32F768Ax and STM32F769xx devices are based on a high-performance ARM Cortex - M7 32-bit RISC core and operate at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex - M7 kernel uses floating-point units (FPU) to support ARM double-precision and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. STM32F765xx, STM32F767xx, STM32F768Ax and STM32F769xx devices integrate high-speed embedded memory, including up to 2 MB Flash memory, 512 Kb SRAM (including 128 Kb data Tcm RAM for critical real-time data), 16 Kb instruction Tcm RAM (for critical real-time routines), and 4 Kb backup SRAM (available in the lowest power mode) And various enhanced AHB O and peripherals with three 12-bit ADC, two DAC, one low-power RTC, 12 universal 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control, two general purpose 32-bit timers and a true random number generator (RNG).
