An ARM Cortex-M0+ based microcontroller with a wide range of low-power embedded applications is the STMicroelectronics STM32G081CBT6. It contains 36 KB of SRAM, 128 KB of flash memory, and a maximum CPU speed of 64 MHz. A wide variety of I/O peripherals, such as USB, SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, ADC, and DAC, are also included in the device. Further security capabilities including a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) and hardware cryptographic accelerators are also included in the STM32G081CBT6. This qualifies it for a variety of applications, including consumer electronics, sensor networks, industrial automation, and more.
