STM32G431CBU6 Product Details
STM32G431CBU6 Description
The STM32G431CBU6 is built around the powerful Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC engine. It has a frequency range of up to 170 MHz. The Cortex-M4 core incorporates a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single-precision data-processing instructions and data formats. It also has a comprehensive set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU), which improves the security of the application.
STM32G431CBU6 Features
Arm? 32-bit Cortex?-M4 CPU with FPU, Adaptive real-time accelerator (ART Accelerator) allowing 0-wait-state execution from Flash memory, frequency up to 170 MHz with 213 DMIPS, MPU, DSP instructions
128 Kbytes of Flash memory with ECC support, proprietary code readout protection (PCROP), securable memory area, 1 Kbyte OTP
22 Kbytes of SRAM, with hardware parity check implemented on the first 16 Kbytes
Routine booster: 10 Kbytes of SRAM on instruction and data bus, with hardware parity check (CCM SRAM)
True random number generator (RNG)
CRC calculation unit, 96-bit unique ID
Development support: serial wire debug (SWD), JTAG, Embedded Trace Macrocell?
