STM32G431RBI6 Description
The STM32G431RBI6 device is built around the powerful 32-bit RISC Arm? Cortex?-M4 core. They function at up to 170 MHz of frequency.
All of the Arm single-precision data-processing instructions and all data types are supported by the Cortex-M4 core's single-precision floating-point unit (FPU). Additionally, a memory protection unit (MPU) and a full set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions are implemented, which improves the security of the application.
These components include a wide range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, together with high-speed storage (128 Kbytes of Flash memory and 32 Kbytes of SRAM).
Additionally, readout protection, write protection, secure memory area, and proprietary code readout protection are all built into the devices for embedded Flash memory and SRAM.
Devices with embedded peripherals for accelerating mathematical and arithmetic operations (CORDIC for trigonometric functions and FMAC unit for filter functions).
In addition to two quick 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), four comparators, three operational amplifiers, four DAC channels (2 external and 2 internal), an internal voltage reference buffer, a low-power RTC, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, two 16-bit PWM timers for motor control, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one 16-bit low-power timer, they also provide two fast 12-bit PWM timers.
