STMicroelectronics created the microcontroller unit (MCU) known as the STM32G474MET6. It belongs to the STM32G4 series, based on the Arm Cortex-M4F core with a floating-point unit (FPU), and it provides great performance, low power consumption, and cutting-edge digital and analog peripherals. The STM32G474MET6 includes a variety of communication interfaces, including as CAN FD, USB, UART, SPI, and I2C, as well as 512KB of Flash memory and 128KB of SRAM. A high-resolution timer, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a sampling rate of up to 5 Msps, and a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a maximum of 2 channels are also included.
