STM32H743BIT6 Description
The STM32H743BIT6 devices are based on the Arm? Cortex?-M7 32-bit RISC core, which runs at up to 480 MHz. A floating-point unit (FPU) in the Cortex?-M7 core supports Arm? double-precision (IEEE 754) and single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. To improve application security, the STM32H742xI/G and STM32H743xI/G devices feature a full range of DSP instructions as well as a memory protection unit (MPU).
The STM32H742xI/G and STM32H743xI/G devices have high-speed embedded memories with up to 2 Mbytes of dual-bank Flash memory, up to 1 Mbyte of RAM (including 192 Kbytes of TCM RAM, up to 864 Kbytes of user SRAM, and 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM), as well as an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to APB buses, AHB buses, a 2x Three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, a low-power RTC, a high-resolution timer, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers for motor control, five low-power timers, and a genuine random number generator are all included in all of the devices (RNG). Four digital filters for external sigma-delta modulators are supported by the devices (DFSDM).
