Devices based on the high-performance 32-bit RISC Arm? Cortex?-M7 and Cortex?-M4 cores are known as STM32H747BIT6 devices. Both the Cortex?-M7 and Cortex?-M4 cores run at speeds of up to 480 MHz and 240 MHz, respectively. Both cores have a floating point unit (FPU) that enables operations and conversions in Arm? single- and double-precision (Cortex?-M7 core) and is compliant with IEEE 754, as well as a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve application security.
STM32H747BIT6 Features
? Voltage scaling with six programmable ranges in the Run and Stop mode
? An additional regulator (0.9 V)
? Reference voltage for analog peripheral/VREF+
? VBAT supply range of 1.2 to 3.6 V
? Low-power modes that support battery charging, such as Sleep, Stop, Standby, and VBAT
