STM32H753VIH6 Description
The high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M7 32-bit RISC CPU used in the STM32H753VIH6 chip operates up to 480 MHz. The Cortex?-M7 core includes a floating point unit (FPU) that supports Arm? single-precision and double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) data processing instructions. A memory protection unit (MPU) and a complete set of DSP instructions are supported by the STM32H753VIH6 device to increase application security.
STM32H753VIH6 device incorporates high-speed embedded memories with a dual-bank Flash memory of 2 Mbytes, up to 1 Mbyte of RAM (including 192 Kbytes of TCM RAM, up to 864 Kbytes of user SRAM and 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM), as well as an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to APB buses, AHB buses, 2x32-bit multi-AHB
bus matrix and a multi-layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.
A genuine random number generator (RNG), two PWM timers for motor control, five low-power timers, a high-resolution timer, three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, a low-power RTC, and a cryptographic acceleration cell are all provided by the devices. Four digital filters for external sigma-delta modulators are supported by the devices (DFSDM). They also have both conventional and cutting-edge communication interfaces.
