STM32L072CZU6 Description
The high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at a 32 MHz frequency, a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memories (up to 192 Kbytes of Flash program memory, 6 Kbytes of data EEPROM, and 20 Kbytes of RAM), as well as a wide range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals, are all included in the ultra-low-power STM32L072xx microcontrollers.
High power efficiency is offered by the STM32L072xx devices for a variety of performance. A wide variety of internal and external clock sources, an internal voltage adaption, and numerous low-power modes are used to achieve it.
