STM32L431CCY6TR belongs to the STM32L431xx family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers provided by STMicroelectronics. It is designed based on the high-performance Arm? Cortex?-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 80 MHz. During operation, it is able to provide a suite of protection mechanisms for embedded Flash memory and SRAM, including readout protection, write protection, proprietary code readout protection, and Firewall. Based on the power-saving modes, the design of low-power applications can be allowed.
