STM32L462RET6 Description
The STM32L462RET6 device is an ultra-low power microcontroller based on a high-performance ARM Cortex - M4 32-bit RISC core that operates at up to 80 MHz. The Cortex-M4 kernel uses floating-point unit (FPU) single precision and supports all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance the security of the application. The STM32L462xx device embeds high-speed memory (flash memory up to 512Kbyte, SRAM for 160Kbyte), a four-way SPI flash interface (available in all packages), and various enhanced iGando and peripherals connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
