One of the three important areas that designers of embedded and IoT applications are striving to improve is security. The answer is the STM32L562ZET6 microcontroller, which offers a new, ideal balance between performance, power, and security. The Arm Cortex-M33 processor's TrustZone for Armv8-M and ST security implementation is used in the STM32L562ZET6 MCU's security features. A class-leading MCU for energy-conscious applications including the Internet of things (IoT), healthcare, industrial, and consumer is made possible by ST-exclusive ultra-low-power technology.
The STM32L562ZET6 microcontrollers attain an enhanced level of speed (442 CoreMark) thanks to this new core and a new ST ART AcceleratorTM. They provide up to 512 Kbytes of flash (dual bank) memory and 256 Kbytes of SRAM (supporting now also external memory).
The STM32L562ZET6 provides a wide range of options with 7 packages (ranging in size from 48 to 144 pins) and supports ambient temperatures of up to 125°C.
