The automotive 8-bit STM8AF6286TCY microcontrollers listed in this datasheet include real data EEPROM integration and nonvolatile memory sizes ranging from 32 Kbyte to 128 Kbyte. High density STM8A devices in the STM8S series and STM8AF series 8-bit microcontrollers reference manual are the names given to them (RM0016). The advantages of STM8AF6286TCY include lower system costs, performance and resilience, quick development times, and long product lifespans. An integrated real data EEPROM with up to 300 k write/erase cycles and a high level of system integration with internal clock oscillators, wtachdog, and brown-out reset lower the system cost. The 20 MIPS at 24 MHz CPU clock frequency and improved characteristics, such as strong I/O, independent watchdogs (with a separate clock source), and a clock security mechanism, guarantee device performance.
