STM8S105C4T6 Description
The STM8S105C4T6 access line 8-bit microcontroller provides 16 to 32 kilobytes of flash program memory, plus integrated real data EEPROM. They are called medium density devices in the STM8S Microcontroller Series reference Manual (RM0016).
