STTH310 Overview
Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 1kV.There is an average rectified current of 3A volts for this device.A forward current of 3A is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 3A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.There can be no surge current above 55A.Based on the data charts in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 10μA.
