TL1431CL3T Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Cut Tape (CT) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.4% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -20°C~70°C TA.TL1431 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.
