TL1431CL5T Overview
An easy-to-use SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Cut Tape (CT) package.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.4% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -20°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "TL1431".For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.36V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 1mA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.5V.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.
