TS514AIDT Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp of this type is a General Purpose-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 14 terminations over the past year.
