TSU114IQ4T Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used. Buffer amps of this type are called CMOS-types. In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier. This electronic part is best mounted with type Surface Mount. With regard to operating temperature, op amp ranges -40°C~85°C.
