In order to protect the op amps, a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year.
