There is a 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 8 mark. It would be helpful if you could remember that this op amp ic should be powered by an 3.3V battery. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier device, to be precise.
