Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-WFDFN case. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. It comes in a Cut Tape (CT) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 5V battery.
