UC3843BD1 Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 7.6V~30V. A 0°C~70°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to Up to 500kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control for efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
