ULN2003A Description
ULN2003A is a 7-way inverter circuit, that is, when the input is high, the ULN2003A output is low, when the input is low, the ULN2003A output is high. Because the ULN2003A is an open collector output, in order to make the diode play the role of continuous current, the COM pin (PIN9) must be connected to the power supply of the load. Only in this way can a continuous current loop be formed. It can also be used as some devices, such as the driving circuit of stepper motor.
