VNH3SP30TR-E Description


The VNH3SP30TR-E is a fully integrated H-bridge motor driver that features two low-side switches and a dual monolithic high-side driver. A real power MOSFET and an intelligent signal/protection circuit are successfully integrated on the same die using STMicroelectronics' own VIPowerTM M0-3 technology, which is used in the design of the HSD switch. Vertical MOSFETs are used in the low-side switches, and they are produced utilizing a secret STMicroelectronics EHD (STripFETTM) technology.
