VNH7070BASTR is a complete bridge motor driver designed to serve a range of automotive use. The device is comprised of an Omni-directional high-side driver along with two lower-side switches. Both switches can effectively join onto the one die a real Power MOSFET with an intelligent signal/protection circuit.
