The datasheets state that the peak forward voltage is 1.A continuous forward current of about 3 can be consumed by this device at any given time.In order to operate, you will need a DC reverse voltage less than 1000.A forward voltage higher than 1 V is recommended for systems.When used with this device, the maximum output current voltage can be read to be 3 A.
