The peak forward voltage on the datasheets is 1.3.Normally, this device consumes about 1 of continuous forward current.During operation, DC reverse voltage must not exceed 300.Maintaining the forward voltage of a system above 1.3 V is recommended.Using this device, it is possible to read a maximum output current voltage of 1 A.
