The peak forward voltage is 1.7 according to the datasheets.This device consumes about 1 continuous forward current at any given time.To operate, a DC reverse voltage less than 1000 must be used.Keeping the forward voltage of the system above 1.7 V is recommended.This device can read a maximum output current voltage of 1 A.
