TS431ACT A3G Overview

A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Box (TB) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Programmable form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 600μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.495V.It would send a maximum voltage of 36V.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is TO-92.
