TS431BCX RFG Overview

TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Programmable form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 600μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.495V.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
