TS432AIX RFG Overview


Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Digi-Reel®.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered via a Programmable form.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~105°C.It can be used by applications with 100mA inputs.The cathode current should be 80μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.Parts would send a voltage of 18V at their maximum.
