A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±2.5% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -20°C~200°C. Temperatures of 200°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -20°C for reliability. In order for NTC thermistors to work properly, they must have their 2 pins connected.
