NANOSMDC020F Overview

For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 24V voltage. These thermistors are rated for 24V voltage in DC circuits. PTC thermistors should produce 600mW heat.
