NANOSMDC150F Overview
Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 85°C in order for it to work. Its terminations are 2. A PTC thermistor could provide 6V voltage when operating. thermistors have been rated for 6V in DC circuits. When PTC thermistors produce heat, they should be at 600mW. It is not recommended that PTC thermistors operate above 40A current. thermistors with 6V maximum voltages are used in DC circuits.
