RGEF600-AP Overview

In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in Radial packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Box (TB) for safety reasons. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. For PTC thermistors, 6A is the current. Heat produced by PTC thermistors is rated as 2.8W. For thermistors, 85°C is the maximum operating temperature. But when the thermistor is operating, the temperature cannot be below -40°C.
