RHEF1300-AP Overview

For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Packaged in the Tape & Box (TB), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. PTC thermometers have 2 terminations. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 13A volts. It was determined that PTC thermistors produced 6.9W of heat. The thermistors should operate at no more than 125°C. A thermistor must not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
