5962-8408501VSA Overview
20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This logical driver is a member of the HC/UH family. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. It is generally sold in TUBE package. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 7.8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -7.8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V.
