BUF634F/500E3 Overview

Packaged in a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. Op amps are Buffer types of amplifier on the chip. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. The number of terminations is approaching the 5 mark. Linear amplifier has a total of 4 pins.
