Packed in SOP, the part is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. There are 14 terminations totally. The part has 2 functions that significantly boost the user experience. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this logic device is widely used in many applications. Please refer to the datasheets for 14 pins functions. In the quiescent state, the part has 5μA current flowing through it. The part bears a load capacitance of 50pF. It is packed with the industry TAPE AND REEL method. Totally, there are 2 elements used for operation. The device should not operate under environment where temperature is higher than 125°C.
