CD4011BM96E4 Overview

The part comes in SOIC packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In total, 14 terminations have occurred. This part is equipped with 4 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. Into the part body are injected 14 pins. It is not recommended for users to supply devices with voltage exceeding 18V in normalcircumstances. There should be 3V voltage fed to the part below 3V. Performance of a part can be enhanced by adding 2 input lines. There is 6.8mA rating for the output current.
