CD4023BMG4 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the part's packing in SOIC. 14 terminations have been made so far. There are 3 features that significantly enhance the user experience. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin. To find out what the functions of 14 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. It has 1μA current flowing through it when it is quiescent. It consists of 3 circuits. There is 50pF load capacitance associated with the part. The method TUBE has been incorporated into the package. If the temperature exceeds 125°C, the device should not be operated. It is estimated that the part will operate at least at -55°C according to test statistics. It is usually recommended not to supply voltages above 18V to this device in normalsituations. In general, it is recommended to use 3V as the part's lowest voltage. A rating of 6.8mA is assigned to the output current.
