CD4025BNSRE4 Overview

Packed in SOP, the part is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. There are 14 terminations totally. The part has 3 functions that significantly boost the user experience. 14 pins are injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this logic device is widely used in many applications. The part bears a load capacitance of 50pF. It is packed with the industry TAPE AND REEL method. The device should not operate under environment where temperature is higher than 125°C. According to test statistics, the minimal operating temeprature of the part would be -55°C. In normalsituation, users should not supply the device with voltage higher than 18V. The lowest voltage fed to the part should be 3V. The output current is rated 6.8mA.
