CD4070BNSRG4 Overview
As the part is packed in SOP, international shipping is convenient. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Total terminations are 14. Users will benefit significantly from 4 functions in this part. The part body receives 14 pins. The logic device can be mounted on the Surface Mount axis and is used in a wide range of applications. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. Quiescent parts carry 1μA current. The logic device in this example is a typical Gates. Part now bears a 50pF load capacitance. In addition to this, it is packed with the industry TAPE AND REEL method.
